Refund policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing from and browsing our website (www.argentbasic.com), you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions described below:

All shipments will be made through the transport agency NACEX and its international partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the final destination.

All our prices include taxes.

Once payment is received, the package will be sent to the transport agency NACEX, and you will receive your purchase at the address you provided within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation.

During the month of August, delivery times may increase to up to 8-10 business days.

If you notice any damage or discrepancies in the package, you must report them upon receipt or discard the shipment.

No exchanges will be made for any item that shows signs of use or damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect.

At ARGENT BASIC, we guarantee that all our pieces are individually crafted and inspected before being offered for sale. However, if you notice any manufacturing defect, you can send the piece back to us, and we will automatically replace it with a new one.

If you are not satisfied with the piece you receive, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the package. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipments should be sent to the following address: Travessera de Dalt, 32, entlo. 3ª

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error attributable to our store. Once the item has been received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the corresponding refund, using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.

AG ARGENT BASIC, S.L. reserves the right to cancel any purchase if an error is found in the product price. Whether the item turns out to be more or less expensive, you will be notified by email as soon as the price is verified. If you do not wish to accept the new price, the shipment will be canceled and the full amount refunded will be issued.

Likewise, if an item is out of stock and we are unable to supply the requested product, we will contact you and you will have the right to choose a new item or, failing that, a refund.

The payment process is completely secure as it is carried out through payment gateways that use encryption of customer data.

Accepted payment methods are:

- Credit or debit card.

- PayPal, an international payment processor that allows you to pay by card even if you don't have a PayPal account.
