All shipments will be made through the transport agency MRW, and its international partners. Transportation costs are calculated based on the final destination.
The prices of our articles all have taxes included.
Once the payment is received, the package will be sent to the MRW transport agency, and within 3 to 5 business days, from the confirmation of the order, you will receive the purchase at the address that you have marked.
During the month of August the delivery of orders can increase up to 8-10 business days.
If you observe any anomaly in the package, you must state it at the time of receipt, or discard the shipment.
No changes will be made to any item if it is observed that the piece has been used or has caused damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
At ARGENT BASIC we guarantee that all our pieces are made and checked one by one, before putting them up for sale. However, if any manufacturing defect is observed, you can send us the part and we will automatically replace it with a new one.
In the event that the piece received does not turn out to be to your liking, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the package. Once it has been verified that the piece has not been used, you can exchange it for another of the same amount or a higher amount. In this case, the shipping costs (return and new delivery) will always be paid by the buyer.
AG ARGENT BASIC, SL reserves the right to cancel any purchase if an error is observed in the price of the product. Whether the item turns out to be a lower or higher price, you will be notified by email as soon as the price is verified. In case you do not want to accept the new price, the shipment will be canceled and the entire refunded amount will be returned.
Likewise, if a stock break occurs, and we cannot supply you with the requested product, we will contact you and you will have the right to choose a new item or, failing that, to have the amount refunded.
The payment process is completely secure as it is done through payment gateways that use the encryption of customer data.
The accepted payment methods are:
- Credit or debit card.
- PayPal, an international payment operator with which you can also pay by card, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
