Returns & Refund Policy

At Argent Basic, we want you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so under the following conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused.
• In perfect condition.
• Returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back.

Defective Products

Every Argent Basic piece is individually inspected before dispatch.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@argentbasic.com. We will review your case and provide the most appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Items that have been worn or used.
• Products damaged through improper use.
• Personalised or made-to-order items (where applicable).

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify us by sending an email to info@argentbasic.com, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided for under European legislation, available upon request.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet been prepared for shipment.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with this Returns & Refund Policy.
